Real Estate Advisor
We're looking for driven, client-focused advisors to join our sales and leasing desk. This is a 100% commission role: there is no base salary, but Dharani provides leads, brand marketing, CRM tools, and onboarding support so your effort converts directly into earnings.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert your own leads, plus warm leads supplied by the brokerage marketing desk.
- Advise buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on Dubai sale, rental, and off-plan transactions.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage the deal through to DLD registration.
- Keep listings, client records, and deal pipelines current in our CRM.
- Stay current on RERA regulations, DLD process changes, and the neighbourhoods you cover.
- Represent Dharani professionally across every client touchpoint, in person and online.
Requirements
- Valid RERA broker card, or willingness to obtain one before onboarding (Dharani assists with the process).
- UAE residence visa eligible for employment, or ability to secure one.
- Strong spoken English; a second language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated — this is a 100% commission role with no base salary or guaranteed draw.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital marketing.
- Prior sales, hospitality, or real estate experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Dharani Real Estate L.L.C. is a RERA-licensed brokerage. This role is an independent, commission-only sales position; it is not a salaried employment contract. Advisors are responsible for obtaining or maintaining a valid RERA broker card prior to closing transactions.
